This dharma talk was offered as the opening talk on a 10 day retreat for experienced practioners.
It covers Right Intention; the qualities of kindness, non harm and letting go that are the foundation of all Buddhist practice. It also explores the Five Hindrances; Aversion, Desire, Dullness, Agitation and Doubt that cloud more peaceful and happy states of mind and explores how we can recognise and work with these mind states in daily life.
